I worked with the marketing team at Mary’s Nutritionals to support email marketing and campaign design during the brand’s transition to Mary’s Methods. Together, we developed email flows and visuals that introduced the refreshed look and voice, with a focus on clean, strategic design and clear communication.
I also photographed the new product line—writing the shot list, scouting and selecting locations, styling, shooting, and editing all imagery to align with the updated brand direction.

About My Email Work
I craft emails that blend strong visual storytelling with strategic messaging—always with the customer journey in mind. Whether I’m building out a welcome flow, launching a product, or highlighting real customer voices, I focus on clear hierarchy, intentional design, and copy that feels both human and helpful.
I often collaborate closely with marketing teams, copywriters, and designers to align on goals, tone, and performance. From wireframing layouts to refining subject lines and CTAs, I enjoy being hands-on at every step of the process—ensuring the final email not only looks great, but works hard.

I start by clarifying the goal—whether it's to educate, convert, or re-engage. From there, I outline the structure: subject line, hero section, body content, and CTA. I sketch the layout with hierarchy in mind, write conversion-focused copy, and collaborate with the design team (or handle it myself!) to bring everything to life. I always test across devices to make sure it's clean, readable, and on-brand.

I take cues from the brand voice and the audience’s mindset at that stage of the journey. For example, a welcome email might be warm and friendly, while a product education series might lean into clarity and confidence. I also draw from customer reviews and social listening to keep the tone grounded and real.

It has to be clear, clickable, and genuinely helpful. I define success by both performance metrics (like open and click-through rates) and how well the message fits the bigger brand story. If someone reads it and feels seen or motivated to take action, I’ve done my job.
